Vizhinjam Port, Metro, Road Widening, Lulu Mall , Mall of Travancore, Taurus Project - Trivandrum turning out to be the best and biggest city in India

Well, after a long time, Trivandrum is gearing up towards a metropolitan culture as malls like Lulu Mall, Mall of Travancore, Artech World Mall and Mall by Taurus Group are coming in outskirts of the city. Trivandrum is witnessing a rapid growth in investments and infrastructure, all happening due to the Vizhinjam "effect",  the proposed biggest port in India has already started construction by Adani Group.

Lulu Mall has started land clearing activities near 25 acres of acquired near Akkulam Bridge. It has been heard that, the project would be a shopping mall + convention centre and a star hotel.

Vizhinjam Port will drive more and more investments to the city, and it has the potential to make Trivandrum , the biggest city in India beating Mumbai.
