Trivandrum is surely a top IT city of India. India's first IT park was in Trivandrum (technopark) . If you consider the coming Technopark Phase 3 , you can understand the growth of this city in the IT field. Phase 3 is about to complete. And, if we consider the proposed technocity , then surely Trivandrum is the No.1 high tech city in India, and of course the first in Kerala state. Already many big MNC's have offices in Trivandrum, and others are on the way. These includes TCS , UST Global ,Cognizant , IBS etc
Surely in the next few years , the IT giants like Microsoft and Google will start their offices here. The face of this city is changing rapidly for the past few years. If Kerala state have an IT capital, then no doubt it will be in Trivandrum.
