Trivandrum rated as the No.1 city in India, beats Delhi and Mumbai
Trivandrum was ranked No.1 in India in terms of urban governance. Pune and Kolkata are the other two cities ranked 2 and 3 positions respectively. The study was conducted by Bengaluru based advocacy group named Janaagraha centre for Citizenship and Democracy.
Mumbai ranked 4th and the national capital Delhi ranked 9th in the survey.
